We will process it for you within 1-2 business days and provide free return, exchange services.

A: You can apply for a return and refund through the following steps: 1. Send an email to our customer support mailbox, or submit a return application through the Contact page, indicating your order number, return reason and contact information; 2. Our customer support will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the return information and provide the return address; 3. Pack the product and send it back to the specified address; 4. After we receive the returned product and pass the inspection, we will process a refund for you within 3-5 business days.

Q: Where will the refund be sent? How long does it take to arrive?    
A: The refund will be returned to the payment account you used when placing the order. The arrival time varies for different payment methods: credit/debit card refunds generally arrive within 3-5 business days, and electronic wallet refunds such as PayPal generally arrive within 1-2 business days. Q: My order shows delivered, but I did not receive the product. What should I do?    A:  If your order logistics status shows delivered but you have not received the product, please first check whether the delivery address is correct, whether there is a family member/property/express locker to collect on your behalf, and contact the logistics service provider to verify the delivery situation. If you still cannot find the product, please contact our customer support within 24 hours, provide the order number and relevant information, and we will verify and handle it for you.
